The production starred Jimmy Edwards, Tony Hancock and Vera Lynn. Excerpts from the show were broadcast on the BBC Light Programme on 13.5.52 at 7:30pm. 

During the run of London Laughs, Tony also had a few one night performances, usually on a Sunday: Throughout 1953, Tony continued to appear in 'London Laughs' Tony's last show was on 6.12.53. From 7.12.53, Tony Hancock was replaced by Tommy Cooper until the show finished on 6.2.54.
