SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://thas.org.uk/terms.

 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

In-Person Pickup

When selected at checkout, products can be collected by arrangement. Please contact shipping@thas.org.uk to agree upon a time and place. Pickups are available from Society Events, events not affiliated with the society where a committee member is scheduled to attend, or at other locations on agreement. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready to be collected. Please get in contact to arrange a collection time and place.

 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Prices may be subject to change and the price shown on the order is final. 

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Orders will be dispatched on or after the specified date.

 

Subscriptions may be amended or cancelled up to 1 business day before order processing.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

  • Customers can request additional information regarding the customs clearance process by contacting shipping@thas.org.uk

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for all items

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
